Carolina Top 10 Builders: The Heritage Dunes West, Mount Pleasant, SC

THE HERITAGE AT DUNES WEST provides all the advantages of the Lowcountry’s most popular town home developments but not the price tag that normally accompanies communities offering an excellent location, high-quality construction by an award-winning builder and a wide range of recreational opportunities.

The five distinct two- and three-bedroom, two-and-ahalf- bath plans all feature Hardiplank siding, screened porches, hardwood flooring in the foyer, crown molding, satin nickel hardware and chrome fixtures and kitchens with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances and custom cabinets. Family rooms and bedrooms are pre-wired for cable, phones and ceiling fans, and each home is protected by a Brinks home security system.
